Hello, Could you verify if your domain name uses name servers that link to the cPanel server, or if they are linked to your domain registrar? You may want to reach out to your web hosting provider to determine how DNS is handled on the server, as this typically happens when you have not configured the name servers for your domain name at the registrar. Thank you.

Thanks for your answer. How can I verify that?

On a website such as IntoDNS, look to see what name servers are returned by the parent servers (it's the first section in the results) and determine if those IP addresses are added to the cPanel server or if they are utilized by the domain registrar. Thank you.

I'm attaching screenshots of the DNS on both my host server and wordpress panel so you can see where the mistake is.

Hello, It seems like your DNS is handled by WordPress. I recommend contacting their support team to determine why your MX records are not propagating. Or, you could setup your own private name servers if your domain registrar allows it by using the instructions at: How to Set Up Nameservers in a cPanel Environment - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thanks!
