Unable to Access WebHost Manager

I have installed cpanel/whm on lxc/lxd locally but whm is not accessible, I have attached screenshot alongside this thread.

  I dig out that apache service is not able to start, below is the output of http status.

  There is no csf and apf installed in server. And no rules present in iptables. Moreover my base machine ip is 192.168.1.99 and lxc machine ip is 10.10.10.190

  Hello, Try to access WHM using server hostname. Login to server through SSH and run "hostname" command to check hostname Use http://serverhostname:2086

  Still... This site can"t be reached cpanel.local.in"s server DNS address could not be found.

  Hello, I think 2086 and 2087 port is not open on your server. Please check the port is enable or not ?

  I have installed csf instead of iptables, now it's working and accessible. Thanks to all for the cooperation.
