Hello, X3 is no longer supported as of cPanel version 60. In "File Manager", you can browse to the "Settings" option in the upper-right of the interface. This will allow you to choose the default directory that's opened by default. Thank you.

Setting a specific location is not going to solve the problem as the account have 100+ folder? Provide me a link where i can request this feature.

The reason i need "x3", when i try to access file manager, "x3" would let me choose which folder i want to access where "paper_lantern" will take me to "home/CpanelUserName".

You were never able to set this to anything other than the options available on the Settings menu in File Manager as Michael suggested as I recall. Where would you have set it to otherwise?

IIRC if you didn't save the default folder in the x3 dialog, then every time you clicked file manager, you were prompted for the folder to open in.
