    Hello kecoak,
[INFO]=[Cpanel::Exception::IO::FileCreateError/(XID ujf9mf) The system failed to create the file "/home/instageram/.cpanel/datastore/MOUNTS_CACHE__proc_mounts.tmp.11700610" with permissions "0600" (as EUID: 1005, EGID: 1005) because of the following error: Permission denied at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Exception/CORE.pm line 77.
Looking at the line above (the second line in your log file you posted) i see two things you can check. Go into your cPanel/public_html and look at these. 1. The Directory is showing as spelled instageram, should that be instagram? 2. Are the Directory instageram permissions set at 600, if yes then try the following 711 or 755. I am adding this as an edit to above: IF instageram is a Directory try 711 or 755 for the permission. IF instagarem is a File try 644 for the permission. Hope this helps you out. danielpmc

Hello, Also, review the permissions on the / and /home directories:
    stat / stat /home
These directories typically have root ownership, with "/" set to 0555 permissions and "/home" set to 0711 permissions. Thank you.
