i send email, with login from cpanel root.

Unclear what this means exactly, but if your cPanel user account name is, gerfiz, and thats the username you want to use to send email, you must create an actual email account to use that username for your email.

Login to cpanel.mycpanel.com/whm open cpanel.domain.com open de-f@domain.com's webmail send the email to abc@domain.com Because only LMTP, so the IP is localhost. (email mark as junk not because bad IP reputation)

Hello, Could you let us know the output from /var/log/exim_mainlog when this happens? EX:
exigrep MSGID /var/log/exim_mainlog
Also, is this only happening for a single user? For instance, do multiple users with different workstation IP addresses experience the same problem? Information such as the IP address (as assigned by a user's ISP) is included by the email client (including webmail applications) you are using to send the email. You may need to consider using a VPN for email purposes to avoid revealing the source IP of the emails if it's listed on a SPAM black list. Thank you.

that is the log, when i tried send an email. I change username, domain, and cpanel url, i hope that is okay. ----

Yes it is only happen when de-f@domain.co.id send email to abc@domain.co.id. de-f@domain.co.id send emails to any other user, no problem. abc@domain.co.id receive emails from any other user, no problem. -----

--------- at first i tought maybe de-f@domain (mail client) send email from IP that have bad reputation. But when i looked it up in mxtoolbox, it isnt blacklist from any RBL. I tried send from my network (different IP), login to whm;open domain.co.id cpanel;open de-f webmail, but still moved to junk. there is no other outgoing/incoming antispam. domain.co.id has a lower priority mx, but since in this case it is only lmtp, so this lower mx didnt do anything. Thank you.

Could you verify if any global or individual email filters are enabled on the account, and if so, what the specific filter rules are? Thank you.
