Advanced DNS Zone Editor Missing

I need to set up a TXT record but there is no link to the Advanced DNS Zone Editor in my dashboard. There is only "Editor Single Zone" under the "Domains" section. So how can I add a TXT record or access the Advanced Zone Editor?

  It's a Feature on the Features list for Packages in WebHost Manager. You'll need to enable it for your Package from here: WebHost Manager "Packages "Feature Manager "Feature Lists

  There is nothing in the WebHost Manager that says "Packages". Where do I find this? See attached image.

  Never mind, I see this is different than WHM.
