Slow Wordpress

Hi, Can somebody help me troubleshoot why any wordpress site that I host is very slow. Other sites that mysql are not. The server has a E5-2640 v2 processor and 32GB of ram. vmstat 5 5

  GTMetrix: GTmetrix Performance Report: A(98%) / A(93%) If you take a look at the waiting time it's 2.68s. Pagespeed: PageSpeed Insights Here's another one: GTmetrix Performance Report: B(89%) / B(84%) - 6 seconds to load PageSpeed Insights - much better response time of 1.3s, but it doesn't feel like that.
