Slowloris and easyapache 4 (no opt mod)

What is the suggestion to mitigate slowloris using easyapache 4. I'm asking as this is not relevant anymore - How To Mitigate Slowloris Attacks - EasyApache - cPanel Documentation because easyapache 4 doesn't support opt mod... so how can this be done now? That's the only thing that is stopping me currently from upgrade to EA4.

  Hi, You can mitigate Slowloris attacks many ways. mod_reqtimeout, mod_security are a couple of different ways of handling this. Both are available in EA4. I hope this helps!
