Hello, Please make sure that MX record and PTR record is set correctly for your domain. You have to verify here intodns.com Also, check exim error logs while sending mail from your domain. The error logs will show the exact reason.

Hi how can I check that MX record and PTR record is set correctly for my domain in the WHM about results from : intodns.com
: 1- www- ERROR: I could not get any A records for www.example.com! (I only do a cache request, if you recently added a WWW A record, it might not show up here.) 2- Your MX records that were reported by your nameservers are: 0 example.com x.x.x.x [These are all the MX records that I found. If there are some non common MX records at your nameservers you should see them below. ] Your reverse (PTR) record: XXXXX-> xxx-reverse.com You have reverse (PTR) records for all your IPs, that is a good thing.
maybe the problem is with the hostname panel.xyz.com ? all the mail are sending from the hostname

Hello, Could you let us know the specific steps you are taking to send out email? Also, have you created an individual cPanel account, and then setup email accounts under it? Thank you.

    - unkown error or timeout error while I try to send the emails - the sender is : "root@panel.domain.com[/EMAIL]" - I never opened mail like that

Could you elaborate on where and when you encounter this issue? Could you post the specific output from /var/log/exim_mainlog for one of the affected messages? EX:
    exigrep user@remote-domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Thank you.
