AutoSSL - Free Certficate vs Paid cPanel certificate
Hello,
Someone could explain to me what is the difference between using a free certificate (AutoSSL) that is issued by cPanel and one Paid purchased from the Cpanel Store that is also issued by cPanel? (Market Provider Manager)
In other words, what benefit is there in buying a certificate instead of using the free certificate?

Hello @shenzy, The following blog post offers some information on this topic: Taking a look at cPanel & WHM"s SSL certificate options | cPanel Blog Certificates generated through either method are backed by a valid CA (e.g. Comodo). The cPanel market includes wildcard certificates, and support for OV and EV certificates is planned for the future. There's also some rate limits to consider in some cases as documented at: Manage AutoSSL - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Additional user-discussion of this topic is found on the following thread: Let's Encrypt vs. cPanel DV Certificates Let us know if you have any additional questions.
