update to 60.0.26 now webmail not loading in browser.

Evening of 30Nov2016 my server did an update to 60.0.26 from 60.0.25. Now my users are reporting that webmail is not loading in their browser. After logging in once redirected to Horde, RoundCube, or SquirrelMail the browser timesout.

  Hello @tgrand, Do you notice any entries in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when the timeout occurs? Also, with Horde, do you notice any entries in /home/$username/.cphorde/horde.log when this happens on one of the affected accounts?   I did ran /scripts/upcp --force and everything is back to normal.
