Strange Alert keeping me from saving dns update

When I add 2 A-Entries for ns1 and ns2 and hit save I get this odd alter box that prevents me from saving. I have the correct IPs. It only states: [LIST]

A: 172.110.9.148 ,

A: 172.110.9.148 I was also changing the nameservers in the dns at the same time. I saved the nameserver changes and then went back in and made the A-Entries and it saved fine.
