Apache mod_userdir Tweak not working for images

For some reason when apache mod_userdir Tweak is enabled php files will run but images and other resources will not load. Ex. does not work. Is there a setting/hack I'm missing that is needed to make this work? Thanks. Sorry.. WHM 60.0 (build 25)

  Hello @graftedin, Do you notice any output to /var/log/apache2/error_log when this happens? Also, are there any custom Mod_Rewrite rules in the .htaccess file within the website's document root? Thank you.
