    Might be there is an issues with the domain MX record. Please check your domain MX record and if it's correctly setup then ask your hosting support team to check mail logs for your domain. You do not have access of your server so you can't check mail logs.

    Hello, Your access level shows as "Website Owner". I recommend contacting your web hosting provider as a first step to allow them to take a closer look to see if the messages are blocked for a particular reason. Thank you.
