Worpress Not supported

Hello. I need help, I install wordpress and the browser displays the following message. 43855 43859 My php configuration is this 43863 What else should I check? Thanks.

  Yes I use Mod_Userdir, I see the page but not wordpress. "Appears Not supported" Thank you
