I cant login to WHM due to Two Factor Authentication

It was running well and suddenly today I cant access the WHM and step two verification is mentioning as Wrong. I am also not having the ssh enabled in my server. Now how can I login to WHM please help me

  Are you managing your own servers or does your provider install WHM for you?

  Hello, You can disable two-factor authentication via the command line through WHM API 1:
  whmapi1 twofactorauth_disable_policy
  However, if you don't have SSH access to the server, you'd have to ask your data center or server provider to run this command on your behalf, or to help you with getting SSH or console access to run the command yourself. Thank you.
