Domain has exceeded the max defers and failures per hour

we have created an email account through the cpanel but when we are trying to send the mail we are getting the error Domain xyz.com has exceeded the max defers and failures per hour we have complained to the hosting panel but they are saying to check on our end i am not able to understand where to check on my end .please help

  Hello, This setting is controlled by your web hosting provider: How to Prevent Spam with Mail Limiting Features - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation You may want to reach out to your provider again to see if they can provide you more information about where the emails are coming from. It's possible one of the files uploaded to your account is used to send out SPAM, or an email account has been compromised. Thank you.
