Create email PHP script

Hello, I have a cpanel server with email database site. I would like to create an index.php page that will create an email address @ mondomaine.com I do not know much about php code if you can comment the code thanks. CPANEL : v 60.0.26 I've seen this tutorial but it's not how to use it daveismyname.blog/blog/cpanel-create-emails-with-php

  You will have to use WHM API to create email account using PHP script. Please check : Create Email Account using API cPanel API 2 Functions - Email::addpop - Software Development Kit - cPanel Documentation

  Hello, I am at onetsolutions I am forced to use WHM for this script. Onetsolutions utility WHMCS I do not have access to the WHMCS. The CPANEL yes - Removed -
