Importing or local email

is there a way to get all emails at cpanel and add to contacts? for example my email is me@domain1.com, I needs all the contacts @domain1.com is this possible to all users @domain1.com? If yes please let me know. so whenever I write, all email contact list I see at webmail (eg. you@domain1.com, friend@domain1.com). sender
