Ensure to replace references to real domain names and IP addresses with examples. Thank you.0 -

Hello, That message shows that Google is blocking the message from your server due to a lack of RDNS on your server's IP address. Please review the following document for help with making sure your server is configured correctly: How to Keep your Email out of the Spam Folder - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Note you will need to send a request to your data center or hosting provider asking for a PTR/RDNS record from your server's IP address pointing to your server's hostname. Thank you. 0 -
Hello, Please ensure to use examples and not real domain names and IP addresses when posting to the forums. Regarding the incoming email, send a test email message to the account and let us know the output from: exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog

Hello, That message suggests Google is blocking messages from your server, as opposed to a cPanel setting blocking the email. Google offers the following URL regarding that error message: Bulk Senders Guidelines - Gmail Help Ensure you have also gone through the guidelines at: How to Keep your Email out of the Spam Folder - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thank you. 0
