Hello, I don't see anything that should result in compatibility issues in EasyApache 4, but we can't tell you that you won't face any issues at all, as there's always a small possibility of unforeseen issues. The amount of time it takes depends on your server's hardware. It shouldn't take longer than an hour on most systems. Thank you.

One last thing, if we see a problem, will returning to EASYAPACHE 3 at least restore the stability we had?

Yes, you can revert back to same EasyApache 3 build profile if you converted from EA3 to EA4 with the instructions at: How to Install or Uninstall EasyApache 4 - EasyApache 4 - cPanel Documentation However, generally it's a good idea to first see if we can help resolve whatever issue you are facing with EasyApache 4. Thanks!

Thank you. Our only fear is losing data.

Hello, The build process won't manipulate your website data. That's stored within the account's home directory and isn't affected. Thank you.

Hello. We upgraded to EA4 and it looks like it has gone well. So we have imported Basic Apache 2.4 (1) custom Contains converted from an EA3 profile, Questions : - We can not add the different PHP Handlers DSO, FastCGI Process Manager (FPM), for tests (on EA3 we were with DSO) - We used on EA3 opcache, but if we understood correctly, this one does not exist in EA4? Which module do you advise us instead? Thank you.

    - We can not add the different PHP Handlers DSO, FastCGI Process Manager (FPM), for tests (on EA3 we were with DSO)

You can only run one DSO package at a time. The DSO handler for PHP 7.0 is associated with the ea-php70-php package when configuring profiles via "WHM >> EasyApache 4". You would need to enable this package and provision the profile for enable DSO for one version of PHP. You will then see it as an option under the "PHP Handlers" Tab in "WHM >> MultiPHP Manager". The following document explains how PHP-FPM works with EasyApache 4 on cPanel versions 60 and newer: PHP-FPM and EasyApache 4 - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Mod_Fcgid isn't available until cPanel version 62, and it's availability and usage is explained on the top comment at: EasyApache 4 mod_fcgid
    - We used on EA3 opcache, but if we understood correctly, this one does not exist in EA4? Which module do you advise us instead?

You can see a list of PHP options available with EasyApache 4, including OPcache, at: PHP Options - EasyApache 4 - cPanel Documentation Thanks!
