    Hello @Gaucho, It's not possible for end-users to install plugins for the version of SquirrelMail published with cPanel. However, as a workaround, they can manually install Squirrelmail to the individual account and access it directly from their website (e.g. domain.tld/squirrelmail). Thank you.

    Yes, the end-user could manually install SquirrelMail the same way they would manually install a PHP script such as WordPress, and then they could install/configure the plugin per the instructions at: SquirrelMail - Webmail for Nuts! Thanks!
