  Hello, The X3 and X3Mail themes are deprecated. You can update your accounts to the Paper Lantern theme via the following command:
  /scripts/pl_update_users

  Hello @hossein_n, Actually, it looks like the account is assigned the X3 theme based on the address bar in the attached image. Would you mind opening a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look and determine what's happening on this account? Thanks!

  The x3 theme is no longer offered in cPanel version 60 and newer. Here's a blog post that explains this in more detail: It"s time to say goodbye to X3 | cPanel Blog Regarding the specific error message, it looks like the account is assigned the Paper Lantern theme, yet still receives that error message. Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look and determine what's happening on this account? It's exhibiting behavior of an account still assigned the X3 or X3Mail theme, yet still shows Paper Lantern in the address bar. Thank you.
