Websites not reached

today i have problem with my cPanel server. my server is online and it ping in my local pc. also specific website ping accept but when i try to visit websites then i see websites not reached i see the mail queue there no mail pending and server load xx.xxx.11.39. also i restart all services and wait couple of minute and try again to visit but result same. also i try to visit websites using proxy server but result same site not reach. anyone can tell me why this problem and how can i fix this.

  Hello, Make sure your website is resolving to server IP. You have to check DNS record at intodns.com Also, check Apache and DNS service are running file.

  yes everything is ok which you told me. but websites not reach

  Hello, Could you let us know of any output to /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when attempting to access a website? Also, you may want to install a firewall management utility such as CSF to ensure your firewall is properly configured: ConfigServer Security & Firewall (csf) Thank you.
