    You need to properly setup the server before you'll be able to send email. You don't have any accounts setup yet do you? Your license is based on the IP address. You should be able to update your hostname and add an A entry for it, via WebHost Manager. Change Hostname - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Once the server is setup properly including setting your hostname, and you've secured things, you should be able to create your Package(s) and add an account. Add a Package - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Create a New Account - Documentation - cPanel Documentation You should ask your Hosting Provider to set your rDNS for you.

    hi i did change hostname which matching with PTR record now but i can not send out email now only can receive i already try reset EXIM back all to default but it seem everything same

    How are you sending email, via Webmail or from your email client on your computer?

    i sent via webmail form and i found in report all time: SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT
