AutoSSL gives perl error

AutoSSL is failing with one user, autossl log shows the following error lines (real username changed to "user")

Then i went to cPanel and tried to create a CSR, and in the header i get the message "A warning occurred while processing this directive" and a yellow iframe with the following messages

This is not happening with other accounts i checked (didn't test all accounts, just a few and worked fine)

Hello, To update, the issue was related to invalid _SSL and _SSL.cache userdata files for the affected account in the /var/cpanel/userdata/$username/ directory. Moving these files out of the way allowed the AutoSSL process to complete successfully for this account. Thank you.
