Hello, Ensure you are logging in with the "root" username to Web Host Manager. Otherwise, if you are reseller, you can install a new certificate for "site1' via the instructions at: Or, as a reseller, you can contact your web hosting provider to see your SSL certificate options. Thank you. 0 -
