Site/cPanel/WHM mail server won't receive

I tried enabled all notification cPanel for Contact Information, who has logged enabled it. I try log out then logged, won't receive on my email. Possible, i need to enable mail server?

  Sorry for big late. Please solve this thread. It is old VPS Server. I'd be moved to new VPS Server.
