Backups fail to complete

dear cpanel help i like to know how can i do backup in my cilent cpanel download the backup-namedoamin.tar full back at end said failed - network error server test on download on database and email working not home directory, how can i fix it thank atscotty

  Atscotty, Thanks for reaching out. A backup archive of a cPanel account can be created and downloaded in cPanel Home > Files > Backup by clicking on the button titled, "Download a full web site backup." There, you can choose to generate a backup or if you already have a backup created it will be listed on this page. Documentation for this feature is available here:
