Problem DNS in AWS

I made a Cpanel installation in an instance of ec2 from amazon, for that I used the package offered in marckedplace AWS Marketplace: cPanel & WHM: The Hosting Platform of Choice I am having problems with DNS, I can not access the site with the domain.com domain, but I can access it using domain.com/~username I did not find a way to include two IPs on the server, would that be the reason?

  Complementing Using only the domain I always see a message "SORRY! If you are the owner of this website....." If I access an existing file on the server, I see a message 404

  Hello, It's acceptable to use the same IP address for multiple name servers. Do you notice any DNS issues when using a utility such as IntoDNS to review the DNS for the affected domain name? Thank you.
