Is there way to tell the PHP-CLI version

I have customer having PHP-CLI issues with a script and wants to know the version. I can't seem to find anywhere where to find this. Thanks!

  Log in to a terminal shell as root and run the following
  # php -v
  You should get something like
  ea-php-cli Copyright 2016 cPanel, Inc. PHP 5.6.29 (cli) (built: Dec 9 2016 08:32:13) Copyright (c) 1997-2016 The PHP Group Zend Engine v2.6.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2016 Zend Technologies
