Root Ownership problem

"Forbidden You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server. Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request." public_html user:user All folder are same user:user But folder > folder it's different root. I need this to default cpanel permissions / ownership by username. I used EasyApache 4.

I just fixed it, Today i deleted all folder and php script for root:root, then i uploaded from cPanel file manager only. Hello, It's possible you are installing a version of the script that doesn't support PHP 7.1. However, this error doesn't relate to the cPanel software itself. You should contact the support team for the script you are installing or post on their support forums for help with that error message. Thanks!

However, Another my shared server ultimate from Namecheap, it's on PHP 7.0 it's works fine, there no error. I moved to vps server happens enabled for PHP 7.1, it's getting error. You told me this must to addon disable. I disabled all addon, it's keep error,

This is an issue with the specific PHP script as opposed to the cPanel/WHM software. You can try enabling PHP 7.0 for that account via "WHM >> MultiPHP Manager" to see if it works under PHP 7.0. Thank you.
