Mailperm error Can't locate object method

Hi, I tried use /scripts/mailperm but received this error: Can't locate object method "to_string" via package "Can't locate Cpanel/Exception/CORE.pm: /home/userloginxxx/perl5/lib/perl5/Cpanel/Exception/CORE.pm: Permission denied at /home/userloginxxx/perl5/lib/perl5/Cpanel/Exception.pm line 27. " (perhaps you forgot to load "Can't locate Cpanel/Exception/CORE.pm: /home/userloginxxx/perl5/lib/perl5/Cpanel/Exception/CORE.pm: Permission denied at /home/userloginxxx/perl5/lib/perl5/Cpanel/Exception.pm line 27. "?) at /home/userloginxxx/perl5/lib/perl5/Cpanel/Email/Perms/User.pm line 274. Can someone help?

  I used first other login to connect SSH and after use the command "su" and execute the command /scripts/mailperm, but now I used "su -" and mailperm works!!!! Thanks!!!
