SSL Certificate untrusted in college Wifi

Hi Everyone , Sorry if i have posted this question in an incorrect forum section . I had generated a Self-Signed Certificate using the CPanel Interface and a few days later it was replaced by a certificate which was issued by cPanel, Inc . Everything was okay . I could access my site with https but a few days later one of my friends tried to access my site while he was connected to his college Wifi but it said that the Connection was not Trusted but all other https sites like google were working whereas he could access

  Hello, Could you have the user test from another browser to reproduce the behavior, or clear the old SSL certificate from their browser cache if it was manually stored? Thank you.
