    Hello! The AutoSSL options are only available in WHM and there are none inside of cPanel. Also, AutoSSL only handles the user's SSL certificates and the hostname certificate that is used by the services in 'Manage Service SSL Certificates' will still use cPanel issued SSL.     Hello, The AutoSSL feature should still attempt to process the remaining domain names under an account in the event it skips the attempt on the primary domain name due to the existence of a preexisting certificate. You can manually create the AutoSSL request for the account after enabling AutoSSL to see how it works with the following command:
    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check --user=USERNAME
