Autossl issues multiple autossl updates
I have a new server that was migrated to new network and it now has autossl
The original accounts have now propagated so autossl is working
The problem is I setup a new domain and this is what happened
I made it a reseller
My network set the ptr to allow it's own mail server info
I gave it a dedicated IP that is considered 'shared'
It's now days and the autossl seems to be stuck
The new domain has 3 entries in the manage autossl section where you see old autossl updates
So is there a way to clear all these instances with a + meaning it is still trying to resolve
Thus far the new domain does not work with https
The rest of my domains are fine
It's just this new domain that was given reseller status on a shared ip that it is properly named for and the only unusual thing is it has the ptr work done by the network to release the domain as a email level domain
I'm concerned that seeing multiple entries in the manage autossl area of whm means the domain is choking on the autossl
All domains has had 2 instances of updates run since we did this domain and all have now resolved
So any ideas on how to purge all this autossl requests for the same domain that now spans across several days and none have resolved
Is this 'normal'
Also this looks to be the only account DKIN enabled for some reason in account info
Is there anything I can check to see it was done right

Hello, Could you browse to the "Logs" tab in "WHM >> Manage AutoSSL" and let us know the output for this domain name from the most recent log file? Thank you.0 -
The newest entry has only a few entries and the latest was it has finished checking The first one doesn't have the + and it has a long log of request cert entries So all in all it looks like there's now 5 different instances of a cert request for that 1 account The only difference in this account is DKIM was enabled and I don't see that on other domains So first instance has no + and now has a cert lookup running hourly creating lots of lines in the log The most recent instance and the 3 others all have a + and not as many lines 0 -

I went to my 'support' area in my WHM and it's asking for my cpanel customer info Do I need to setup one or is it done already since it's a new server with new cpanel license? Anyway, I'm stuck in step 3 or is it 4 of the create ticket I don't know if I have to create a cpanel customer account now but I have a licensed cpanel/whm installed by the network 0 -

autossl finally grabbed a new cert for the new domain so 48 hours was the 'auto' process not bad for a free cert that used to cost a few bucks and a lot of time to install it properly definite winner autossl 0 -
