Backups to Amazon S3 not completing properly

    Hello @Matt Klein, First, browse to "WHM >> Backup User Selection" to make sure backups are enabled for all of the accounts. If so, the next step is to review the backup logs to see what's happening. The system stores backup logs in the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/ directory. The log filenames correspond to the second at which the system created them, in Unix epoch time. Could you review the most recent log and verify if there were failures for any of the missing accounts? If there are no failures, review the transporter logs in the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup_transporter/ directory to see if the failure is occurring during the transportation of the archives to the destination.
