    Hello @Osama Tariq, This generally happens when systemctl times out. Can you run systemctl commands on this system without timeouts? For example:
    systemctl list-units --type=target
    If not, I've seen success with resolving this issue by rebooting the system. It looks like that's a step listed in the third-party URL you referenced. Can you confirm that rebooting the system didn't help solve the problem? Thanks!

    [root@vps /]# systemctl list-units --type=target Failed to get D-Bus connection: Operation not permitted
    rebooting the docker didn't sort out that issue.
