DNS Entry Already Exists Error

Hello, I try to create a new account on my WHM then get this message:
Account Creation Status: failed (XID x68mdc) A DNS entry for "example.com" already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.
Also, when I try to delete the DNZ zone in WHM, I couldn't find that domain in the list. I am not a developer or WHM geek as you understand and did not find any solution for this problem. Is there anyone to help me?

  Hello, Try to execute the following cPanel script on all cluster servers /scripts/killdns domain.com After completing the steps above, you can re-attempt the account creation.

  Hello, Your access level is listed as 'Reseller Owner". Do you have root access to the system? If so, you can try using the command referenced in the previous response to delete the zone. Otherwise, please report the issue to your web hosting provider for additional assistance with removing the zone. Thank you.
