    One is alt-php, the other cpanel's multi-php manager Personally, I've always used alt-php, but if you find you don't want it any more, you can easily remove it... Inside SSH as root
    yum -y groupremove alt-php

    You can also prevent either of those from ing in the user's cPanel without having to remove them completely by editing the feature lists from WHM under Feature Manager. Feature Manager - Documentation - cPanel Documentation
