Canceling cPanel licence question

Hi, I have bought a VPS and cPanel+WHM licence. I installed my website and no longer need cPanel (I won't create any website in this server). If I cancel licence at the end of the period, does the website continue to work? can I login into phpmyadmin?

  Website yes; phpmyadmin no.
