Adding new email gives error

    Hello @DWHS.net, It looks like the error message was moderated. Could you post the output from /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when you encounter the error message, or let us know the message that appears in the UI? Thank you.

    Sorry it was too long ago, I don't remember what the issue was or solution. Maybe if I saw the image :)

    That's right, they overwritten the config files in the root of the account's cPanel. I had to run the email permissions fix several times rebooting exim in between. For some reason one time didn't do it.

    I don't sorry. To be honest we might of done more to fix it, I don't fully remember anymore. I know it took a lot of time and work to trouble shoot but ended up being a pretty easy fix.
