Greylisting Hostname Not CIDR
Greylisting is great and I'm grateful that cPanel added it.
However, it can be too aggressive and you need to keep manually whitelisting IPs.
Since you cannot use Chef or Ansible now with cPanel, this is not fun if you are managing dozens or 100s of cPanel servers.
If I'm not missing something, wouldn't it had it better to whitelist hostnames instead of entire CIDR block?
That way, you will create a default list that you can use for all deployments pending the time cPanel will add automation to the whole process.
What happens when the domain changes its mail servers? Or a situation where their mail servers are compromised?
Just curious me!

Hello, There's no support for that functionality at this time, but we do have one open request where this topic is partly discussed: Greylisting -- requesting enhancements I encourage you to vote and add feedback to this request, or consider opening a new request for this particular functionality via: Submit A Feature Request Thank you.0
