Purpose of /scripts/enable_sqloptimizer?

Hi all, does anyone know what is the purpose of the following script: /scripts/enable_sqloptimizer Thanks in advance!

  Hello @Valetia, This will activate slow query logging for MySQL with the addition of the following entries in the system's /etc/my.cnf file (the entries may look different, depending on the version of MySQL installed on your system):
  slow-query-log=1 long-query-time=1
  You can remove the entries with the following script:
  /scripts/disable_sqloptimizer
