Folder owner same but group has been changed.

Hello, I'm using CloudLinux 6.8 I've almost 15 cpanel accounts in my server so for example when i connect via FTP (filezilla) for user0001 i'm seeing some folders which in public_html folder has different group owners (99 nobody) I mean a part of folders have user:510 group:99 and some part of folders have user:510 group:510 Why these groups has been changed? Is this a problem? What should i do?
