    Hello, I don't see anything configured for /backup on this system. Could you check with your provider/data center to verify how the additional drive was mounted? Thanks!

    try this. from the promot issue sfdisk -l this will display your disks. based on the df you showed earlier there is a /dev/sda. I would expect to see something like maybe /dev/sdb. Post the output of the sfdisk -l command
