Hello I still getting the following erros inclusive after run: mysqlcheck --repair cphulkd

MYSQL LOG is only 58MB. WHM 60.0 (build 28)

  Hello, Do you notice any output to the MySQL error log (/var/lib/mysql/$hostname.err) when attempting to repair the database? Thank you.
