AutoSSL Check Error Since Update to WHM 60.0 Build 31
Hello,
I'm getting this issue when running autoSSL cPanel(comodo) (from the logs)...
3:13:32 AM The system has completed the AutoSSL check for "freedomhostingco".

using the following...
/etc/redhat-release:CentOS Linux release 7.3.1611 (Core)
/usr/local/cpanel/version:11.60.0.31
/var/cpanel/envtype:kvm

I'm seeing the following pair in the AutoSSL log on each check: WARN Use of uninitialized value $_ in string at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SSL/OCSP.pm line 93. WARN Can't locate object method "catch" via package "1" (perhaps you forgot to load "1"?) at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SSL/OCSP.pm line 92. ...caught at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SSL/Objects/Certificate.pm line 178. The log messages are otherwise the same as what they were before the update. I have Let's Encrypt selected and registered. 0 -

Hello, This shouldn't result in any issues with the AutoSSL certificates, however internal case CPANEL-10672 is open to address the presence of these messages in the AutoSSL logs on systems using cPanel version 60.0.31. I'll update this thread with more information on the status of this case as it becomes available. Thank you.0 -

Hey Michael, I also face the same issue on 60.0.31 while getting certificates from Let's Encrypt. I beg to differ that they don't result in any issues. Typically, after AutoSSL obtains a certificate from Let's Encrypt, I am able to then go to the target account's cPanel > Security > SSL/TLS > Install and Manage SSL for your site (HTTPS) > Select a Domain > Autofill by Domain > Install Certificate and that gets the domain's SSL certificates installed. However, since observing this error I get: The certificate could not be installed on the domain "example.com". error unknown error (please see attached screenshot). The domain is hosted on a dedicated IPv4 address, if that makes any difference.0 -
The latest, Build 34, seems to have resolved the issue for me. Although I never had the need to update a certificate during the time I was seeing the errors. With thanks - Barry J. 0 -
Hello, We've released a resolution for this issue as part of cPanel version 60.0.34: Fixed case CPANEL-10672: Fix backport of Cpanel::SSL::OCSP to include Try::Tiny. The full cPanel 60 change log is available at: 60 Change Log - Change Logs - cPanel Documentation Thank you. 0
