Account becomes unsuspended by itself
Hi. I have a reseller WHM account to host some of my projects. I have suspended one of the projects but every now and then it becomes unsuspended. I don't know how this can be possible but I do remember at least three times during the last few months that I checked the website through browser and it was working so I had to suspend it again. I tried to find a solution with my hosting provider but all they could do was giving me log lines saying that the account was suspended multiple times but never unsuspended. How can make sure that the account won't be unsuspended again? What could cause such a thing? Thanks.

Hello, Without WHM or root password it's not possible to suspend/unsuspended account. Please make sure your password is not share anyone or try to change password. I checked the website through browser and it was working
Might be website owner change DNS record that's why website were working.0 -
