    /usr/local/bin/ea_current_to_profile --output=EA4
    Whitout any error and not create a file in /etc/cpanel/ea4/profiles/custom

    Hi, As the documentation states, the --output will send output of that command to a file, which you passed as 'EA4'. You'll now see a file names 'EA4' in the directory where you ran that command. If you wanted it to be put into the proper directory, you need to adjust the command as such.
    /usr/local/bin/ea_current_to_profile --output=/etc/cpanel/ea4/profiles/custom/myprofile.json
